Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days in business days and customer will product within 3-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact shipping courier with you tracking code and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Martinomax Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

hipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Martinomax Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Yes, we ship our products all over the World but delivery of product might take longer, depends on the destination.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our product from our website Martinomax.com.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. One pieces and bottoms will not be accepted if hygienic liner sticker is missing, damaged or shows signs of tampering. Please try on your suit with underwear before deciding to keep your new swimsuit as we will strictly not accept returns that have been worn.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which refunds couldn’t be granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • One pieces and bottoms will not be accepted if hygienic liner sticker is missing, damaged or shows signs of tampering.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (approx. 1 week).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at angela@martinomax.com

Cancellation

When you’ll place the order from our website, you can cancel your placed order till next day before at 1 pm. We will also notify you through email of your order status once it cancelled.
